1. About these terms

Crazy Rays is operated by HARBOR COMMERCE INC, with a business address at 1111 Brickell Avenue, 10th Floor, Miami, FL 33131, United States. These terms apply to your use of crazyrays.shop and purchases from our store. Questions about these terms or an order can be sent to info@crazyrays.shop.

2. Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. Please provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. You may not use our store for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another person's account.

3. Products and pricing

Please read the individual product listing for the item's size, quantity, condition and included contents before ordering. Availability may change. Prices, applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed before you submit your order. Changes to listed prices apply to future purchases.

We work to keep product information accurate. If we discover a material error or cannot supply an item you ordered, we will contact you to resolve the issue. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different item without your agreement. If an order is cancelled because we cannot fulfill it, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

4. Orders and shipping

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud. We will notify you using the contact details provided and refund payments for cancelled items as applicable.

Shipping destinations, charges and any stated estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Contact us promptly if your shipping information is incorrect. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Contact us about delivery problems so we can investigate.

5. Returns, refunds and problems with an order

Our Refund Policy explains return eligibility and how to request help. The policy in effect when you place your order applies to that purchase. Later policy changes do not reduce rights attached to an earlier order. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payment and other third-party services may have their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

7. Site content and links

Store content belongs to Crazy Rays or its respective owners. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. Links to other websites may take you to services that we do not operate.

8. Changes and contact
